As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Nino Wagner (NINOHUB), 94, Tossenberg, L-8268 Bertrange, Luxembourg, [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Payments in cryptocurrency: the refund amount is determined by the amount owed in euros. We refund it in the same cryptocurrency on the same network, converted at the rate on the day of the refund, to the address you paid from or an address you name. Any other means of refund (e.g. bank transfer in euros) only with your express consent. We bear the network fees of the refund.
Service during the withdrawal period: if you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to the services provided until you informed us of your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract. We calculate this share by days and deduct it from the refund.
